- Plan 3: 3 bedroom duplex – $475
- Plan 4: 3 bedroom duplex – $475
- Plan 5: 4 bedroom duplex – $475
- Plan 6: 3 bedroom duplex – $500
- Plan 7: 4 bedroom duplex – $525
Security and Housekeeping/Damage Deposit – $250.00
Non Refundable Pet Fee – $250.00 2 pets permitted (inside/outside)
Units DO NOT have appliances. Tenants pay utilities (water, gas, electric).
